It's easy to find just the right Accommodation:

Just complete a guest request form or call the office at 212 737-7049.  We will match your needs and preferences with hosts who are available and who offer the locations, amenities and budget that works for you. Most City Lights hosts have long experience welcoming guests and their accommodations are exclusively in prime neighborhoods. City Lights will never suggest a host who has not received consistent positive reviews from their guests. City Lights inspects accommodations and enjoys ongoing consultations with our hosts to insure comfortable trouble-free stays.

It's easy to Book

Just choose your ideal accommodation from the offers we send you, put a down payment on your MasterCard or Visa and pay the host the balance when you arrive.  It's that simple which is another reason City Lights has received so many repeat visitors over the years.  Easy booking, attentive, guest friendly staff, welcoming, experienced hosts and spotless accommodations.

Cancellations?

Your original down payment is nonrefundable. If you cancel two weeks or more before the date of your arrival, there is no extra charge. Last minute cancelations (less than two weeks) incur the total fee for their stay as originally agreed upon with the host. We are proud of our hosts' long history of reliability and we ask that your plans are firm before making a reservation. Regrettably we are unable to hold accommodations on a tentative basis.

And what about privacy?

City Lights never shares the information you send us with third parties for any reason. WE HATE SPAM as much as you do and your emails are never passed on to marketers etc. Only your host will receive information such as your address, phone number and arrival time. Credits cards are charged through the most secure payment sever and the information is destroyed after your stay. We will never keep your credit info "On file". In the 25 years that we have been in business, financial information has never been compromised.

And just to clarify:

City Lights Bed and Breakfast registry does not rent, own, manage or sell any New York City apartments or accommodations of any kind. City Lights' sole purpose is to refer  travelers to New York City hosts who may wish to offer their accommodations.  Our registry has been connecting hosts with satisfied travelers since 1985. We are New York City's most experience B and B service.
